The Sha-Weez - "Feeling Sad"
The Sha-Weez - "No One To Love Me"
Considering only the above subset of the The Sha-Weez's modest oeuvre, one is posed with a first-class chicken and egg problem: Does feeling sad lead to being unloved or vice versa? Perhaps the two are causally unrelated, but then again, probably not. Listen to this dude, the verisimilitude of his suffering; his sadness is alienating, his loneliness won't leave him alone. The Sha-Weez's subject is misery and with miserable voices they plumb the depths of their theme, reflecting, creating and embodying heavy-heartedness in a despondent doo-wop fit for faulty times such as theirs and these.

Posted by Jordan at July 30, 2008 6:22 PMI've been trying to get in touch with Jordan for a long time now, this is my fourth attempt, and I don't understand why I haven't heard from him. I want to talk to him about The Cay. I respect Jordan a lot except for having not heard back from a single email. It's been actually really depressing, because The Cay is one of my most favorite bands I've come across. So I'm really hoping by leaving this comment on his most recent post he'll finally reply to one of the emails I've sent him (I sent him one to The Cay's MySpace, what I think is his personal MySpace, and his Said the Gramophone email address).
Posted by Jaxon at August 2, 2008 3:05 AMI have a mint condition copy of Feeling Sad/You made me love you by Sha-Weez on Alladin label. Any idea of value?
Posted by Tony G at October 31, 2010 11:26 AMThe "value" of Feeling Sad / You Made Me Love You
as by The Sha-Weez on Aladdin all depends on the originality of the issue.
There are now MANY boot-legged copies of this one (most, but not all are on blue Aladdin labels)
The "value" of this type of issue is $5 or less.
